Niguelas
The high peaks of the Sierra Nevada form a spectacular backdrop to the village of Niguelas. Surrounded by olive and almond groves, situated at over 900m above sea level, on high ground above the "Rio Torrente".

Niguelas is an excellent base for many activities in the Sierra Nevada. The City of Granada and the Alhambra Palace are 20 minutes away, and Salobrena on the coast is just 30 minutes away.

The village boasts some fine buildings, notably the Church and the Town Hall, as well as much else of historical interest. Local shops catering for every day needs are clustered around the main square, there are several bars and an excellent restaurant.
